NEOVETS is the result of a community collaborative that began in 2013 when the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Red Cross convened several conceptual, and strategic planning sessions to identify the needs of military families and businesses throughout a 22-county region of northeast Ohio. More than 20 organizations representing some of northeast Ohios premier, military-specific non-profits, public and private corporations, colleges and universities, and governmental agencies came together to support the reintegration of the regions returning military families. We are building a solid group of employers and educators who have a fervent desire to help our military community and bolster our regional economic prosperity.
